1. License

Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to useBounce Kit in accordance with the tier you purchased (Starter, Pro, or Team). The full license terms are outlined in sections 2 and 3 below.

2. Permitted Use

You may use Bounce Kit to build personal and commercial projects. You may modify the source code to fit your needs. You may deploy unlimited production applications using the kit.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Redistribute Bounce Kit as a standalone template, starter kit, or component registry
• Resell access to the source code
• Share your license beyond your licensed seat count
• Claim authorship of the original Bounce Kit code

4. Refunds

Refund requests are accepted within 14 days of purchase if you have not substantially used the product in a deployed project. Contact support to request a refund.

5. Updates

“Lifetime updates” means you receive every version released under the same major version line (1.x) at no additional charge. Future major versions (2.0+) may require a separate purchase or upgrade fee, announced in advance.

6. Disclaimer

Bounce Kitis provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of this product.

7. Changes

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of Bounce Kit after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
